Just saw a group of officially-good to graduate-vet seniors screaming their heads off congratulating and hugging each other while a few leap and run about reverting back to happy kids.

Shit.

In one year time, what they're experiencing now will be ours.

8 weeks and 4 days before we are officially the oldest DVM seniors in the faculty.

And the first in line to bear the brunt of tongue-lashings and sharp criticisms from clinicians and lecturers. With work-loads twice the ones in 4th year and clinical conferences to give.
And the gruelling comprehensive written and oral exams to end it all.

Crap. I don't even know whether I have enough knowledge to teach the juniors. Or to answer rains of questions confidently. Or to face one-on-one with the clinicians.
