Very disturbing news today.

Restraining myself from all the profanities I can blurt out;

Not enough with the bloody discriminating syarats for keeping dogs (which is the main reason why there are so many stray dogs in the first place), now with this?

What are these people, STUPID? GOBLOK? BODOH? TOLOL?

Obviously the council has not stepped out of their third world mentality and oh-i'm-so-alim-holier-than-thou-and-clean-living blindness. How cetek-mindedness they can be.

Bodoh, really bodoh.

Instead of wasting all that money on having the rakyat doing all the dirty work and getting bitten at the same time, how about actually INVESTING in a neutering program which is even more long term? At least that is far cheaper, and for a LONG LONG TIME. And in addition, we wouldn't have dogs snapping at you since they won't give birth to pups (that's why they're aggressive in the first place, they're PROTECTIVE for their pups!) or they will lack the testosterone drive to go pissing everywhere and be the macho alpha dog.

It's so obvious where the country is going despite 50 years of independence. Yada yada with the tallest this, the longest that; but with the people running the councils and government shaming their own grandparents and their future grandchildrens, how are we to call Malaysia a DEVELOPED COUNTRY?

Bodoh. Cannot use the money to repair the bloody drains and the pot-holey roads ka?
