Home food hunt so far fulfilled:
1. Kolo mee with Soup
2. Mummy's home-made Kacang Ma :P~~~~ (and seeing how it's done! Yey! Now I know how to make!)
Bonus: 3. Pinoy's Halo Halo ABC and
4. Kare Kare Oxtail Dish (Thanx Voon & Eing for choosing the place for mini reunion!)
Update 28/6/07:
5. All Joy's Fried Rice. No more the same old original flavouring I remembered when I was a kid eating 2 packets of it. Sigh~~
6. Sugarbun's Mashed Potato. YuMMM!!! YEY! Standard still same as before!
7. White Lady Drink. Bought at All Joy at a WHOOPING RM4!!! WAHLAU... And the composition of the drink is not worth even RM3 ok! INFLASI HABIS HABIS!
8. Sundrop's Orange Juice. Drank 2 cans at one go... Hehehehe...
Bonus: 9. Three-layered coffee from Sugarbun. Boleh tahan, but might be too bitter for some people. Haiya...coffee-addict can withstand any levels of bitterness wannn...
Home food (& drink!) hunt still on the roll:
1. Sarawak laksa with that Ummph! (supposed fragrance from nuts or peanut butter)
2. Ayam pasoh (Chicken cooked in bamboo, very very common during Gawai. Hopefully sempat to get it before the 'ulung tikai' or closing ceremony)
3. Goh. Fun Kee Klang Bak Kut Teh (For 2 years I've been passing by that crossroad at 3rd mile, but never bothered to go in and try)
4. Jalan Song's Barbequed Ikan Pari. Yummm....
5. Daddy's Kari Kijang. or Kari Ayam. Anyways, I don't care what's the meat.
6. All the *insert number* layered tea. You can never find it anywhere except in Sarawak.
7. Sunny Hill's ice cream. mmmmm.......My dad have good taste in ice creams...
8. Tuak. Wahahahahahahhahahahahahahhahahahahhahahahahhahahaha...What can I do!? I missed Gawai!
9.**more to come, come on Kuching people! Give me more ideas before I go back next sem and may not come back for Christmas!**
Very typical of a Kuching-ian hor? Always think about food. :P
