playing the saxaphone...

the times when we do sectionals (and lepak!) near the junior science lab...

the hot scorching sun during every harsh 3 hour march practices...

the chicken rice and red bean buns after every performance...

the muscles built up from all the pumpings given (even up to 100 in one practice!)...

bullying the seniors and getting bullied back...

polishing instruments the night before performances...

marching up tall, bold and strong while puffing away down the road during City Day parades...

looking up at the conductor (Madam Yap, Sophia, Azie...whoever la), waiting for the drop of the wand to start the music as one...

shouting, screaming answers to commands...

practicing formations in the haunted STS school hall...

anticipating marching commands from the placing of Voon's mace.

On top of all...

I MISS the old STS SCHOOL BAND!

Once a band member, will forever be a band member~

P.S.: Shit... I don't know if I can still remember how to blow a sax.

It was a series of unfortunate events this last week of March. First my classmate's father passed away last Sunday due to heart attack, Dr. Nadzri passed away on Monday also from heart attack, and today just got the news that another of my classmate's father passed away yesterday due to cancer and another of my classmate just got admitted into the hospital last night due to appendicitis.

Too much of a coincidence? I think the world is near it's end soon.

In loving memory of Dr. Nadzri Salim, our Veterinary Epidemiology lecturer, who has just passed away suddenly this afternoon due to a massive heart attack.

May the Lord bless your kind forever-young soul in heaven.

It was so hard to imagine, that just this morning, he was laughing mischievously during his class looking at us not paying attention (studying for test the next day) and to think that this would be his last class in his life.

He has left a huge legacy over 10 years worth of vet students with his smile, mischiveous laughter and overwhelming kindness not only for helping us to arrange all our practicals, but for being able to withstand our bored antics in his class.

If you're a Muslim, please help say the Yassin for him (if I'm not mistaken, please correct me if I'm wrong). If you're a Christian or any other religion, please say a prayer for him. Please pray that his daughter in U.S. made it in time for his burial.

Also pray for a classmate of mine, whose father passed away yesterday due to a heart attack too.

God, You are Almighty.

The main reason how we got HEP to fund part of the trip is just because we were visiting a school... Hrmmm... Another unusual waste of resources?

But anyway, it was a good visit. Too bad I din join this fellas no thanks to the motion sickness effects from the morning bumpy ride to Tioman. Seriously sickening, I was on the verge of vomiting bile and wishing someone knock me out at that moment, but... 80% of the class also got sick! LOL...At least I'm not the only one *evil grin*.

Good reasons why Tioman is the tempat kerumun for amateur photographers...

Will go on an indefinite hiatus... Too busy lah, have to spend my 5-6 hours per day in the wards for the past 2 weeks, added with trips to Tioman, Shah Alam and P.D., plus faculty's Sports Day and Majlis Silaturahim (an icebreaking thingy in the fac).

But that does not mean there is no that occassional photos... : )

Sigh, life in the wards is getting more and more scary... A senior of mine just got one of his finger crushed (to bits!!!) by an unpredictable male bull mastiff who do not like males.. Trying to mengorat perempuan lar that...But he (the senior) still managed to laugh about it and waved his bandaged left hand everywhere...

Anyways.. a shout out to Dr. Sunita for stumbling into this blog while looking for Katjang goats but ended up seeing sheeps being shaved here.. Hehe

Sangat memalukan lah... Too many vet people are clicking into here .. *blush*
